You will apply prior knowledge about adult learners, varying learning styles, and universal design for learning. Participants will design material paying consideration to how diversity impacts the learning environment and will create content, which is inclusive, egalitarian, and culturally responsive. They will explore ways in which to foster and sustain engagement and review relevant assessment strategies to suit their instructional goals.
